Many insurance carriers require prior approval and/or a referral from a physician. Others may require payment at the time of your office visit due to deductible and/or co-payment.

If your coverage is with a smaller plan, please contact your insurance plan to verify your physician is in-network. Riverhills is in-network with many small plans which are too numerous to list here.
